156. In section 105 (general interpretation)—
(a)in subsection (1)—
(i)omit the definition of “the Lands Tribunal”; and
(ii)in the appropriate place, insert—
““the appropriate tribunal” means—
in the application of this Act to England and Wales, the Upper Tribunal;
in the application of this Act to Scotland, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland;
in the application of this Act to Northern Ireland, the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland;”; and
(b)omit subsection (5).
