2. The following provisions of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, in so far as they relate to Wales, come into force on 1 October 2009—
(a)section 126 (reference of local crime and disorder matters to crime and disorder committees, etc.);
(b)the entry in Part 6 of Schedule 18 (repeals) relating to the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c. 48); and
(c)section 241(repeals) so far as relating to the entry specified in (b) above.
