3. In section 110ZA of the Social Security Administration Act 1992(1) (Class 1, 1A, 1B or 2 contributions: power to call for documents etc), in subsection (2)(d),—
(a)after “21” insert “, 21A”, and
(b)after “37(2)” insert “and (2A)”.
1992 c. 5; section 110ZA was substituted by section 7 of the National Insurance Contributions and Statutory Payments Act 2004 (c. 3); subsections (1) and (2) of section 110ZA were substituted by paragraph 84 of Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008 (c. 9); paragraph 21A of Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008 was inserted by paragraph 9 of Schedule 48 to the Finance Act 2009; paragraph 37(2A) of Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008 was inserted by paragraph 13 of Schedule 48 to the Finance Act 2009.
