2. Section 108 of, and Schedules 17, 18, 19 and 20 (consequential amendments) to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 come into force—
(a)for the purpose of making rules, regulations and orders, on the day after the day on which this Order is made, and
(b)for all other purposes, on 6th April 2009.
