2.—(1) The provisions of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 8 March 2009.
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are—
(a)section 48(3) to (5) (Private Security Industry); and
(b)section 49 (Amendments of the Private Security Industry Act 2001(1)).
