3. 1st April 2009 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 129 of the Act insofar as it relates to England and inserts sections 45A, 45C, 45D, 45E, 45F, 45P, 45Q, 45R, 45S and 45T into the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984(1).
