5.—(1) Regulation 17A (ill health payments) is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (1), for “or (3)” substitute “, (3) or (3C) or 17C”.
(3) In paragraph (6), after “paragraph (7)” insert “and regulation 17C(7)”.
