9.—(1) In section 263C (result)(1) for “report to the court” substitute “notify the Secretary of State”.
(2) In section 263D (approval of voluntary arrangement)(2) in subsection (1) for “reports to the court” substitute “notifies the Secretary of State”.
(3) In section 263F (revocation)(3) in subsection (3) for “makes his report to the court” substitute “notifies the Secretary of State”.
Section 263C was inserted by the Enterprise Act 2002 (c. 40), Schedule 22, paragraph 2.
Section 263D was inserted by the Enterprise Act 2002 (c. 40), Schedule 22, paragraph 2.
