8. Section 88 of the 1999 Act has effect as if —
(a)in subsection (2)(1), in the definition of P1, paragraph (e) and the word “and” preceding it were omitted; and
(b)in subsection (4)(2), paragraph (d) and the word “and” preceding it were omitted.
