142.  In Schedule 5 (modifications in relation to appeals)—

(a) in paragraph 2—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for “section 133 and Schedule 13” substitute “sections 133 to 133B”;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (b);

(iii) for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) in section 133A omit subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5);”; and

(iv) in sub-paragraph (d) for “section 133(9)” substitute “section 133A(4)”; and

(b) omit Part 2 (secondary legislation).
