3.—(1) The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 47(4)(b)(ii)(2) (jobseeking period) omit the words “section 62 or 63 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 or”.
(3) In regulation 170(1)(3) (persons in receipt of a training allowance) omit the words “or if he would be in receipt of a training allowance if the Social Security (Breach of Community Order) Regulations 2001 did not prevent the payment of a training allowance to him”.
Relevant amending instruments are S.I. 1996/1517, 2001/518, 1711 and 2002/490.
Paragraph (1) was substituted by S.I. 2001/1711 and amended by S.I. 2006/718.
