Provisions coming into force on 2nd March 2010
2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions for the purpose of making orders under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the 2009 Act is 2nd March 2010:
(a)section 27(11) of the 2009 Act (provision for Schedule 3 to that Act to have effect);
(b)paragraphs 3 and 5 of Schedule 3 to the 2009 Act (power to make transitional provision on adoption of Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982(1) as amended).
(2) This article applies only in relation to England.
