3. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 108(4) and (5) of the 2009 Act for the purpose of making regulations under section 6 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(1) is 2nd March 2010.

1998 c. 37. Section 6 was substituted by section 22 of, and Schedule 9 to, the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c. 48) and amended by section 108 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (c. 26).
