46.—(1) Rule 2.31 (release from duty to submit statement of affairs; extension of time) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3), for “7” substitute “5 business”.
(3) In paragraph (5), after “5” insert “business”.
(4) In paragraph (7), for “out of the assets” substitute “as an expense of the administration”.
