(i)the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(3);
(ii)the Race Relations Act 1976(4);
(iii)the Freedom of Information Act 2000(5);
(iv)the Criminal Justice Act 2003; and
(v)the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(6).
(c)Part 7 (criminal memoirs); and
(d)in Part 8 (Data Protection Act 1998), the repeals relating to section 16(1) of and Schedule 9 to the Data Protection Act 1998(7).
