2. The following provisions of the Equality Act 2010 come into force on 11th July 2011—
(a)section 37;
(b)section 202(1) so far as it relates to the provisions set out in paragraphs (c) and (d);
(c)section 202(3);
(d)section 202(4) so far as it inserts subsections (3B) and (3C) into section 6A of the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1) (power to approve premises for the registration of civil partnerships).
