1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Port State Control) Regulations 2011.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 24th November 2011.
(3) The Merchant Shipping (Port State Control) Regulations 1995 M1 are revoked.

Explanatory Memorandum
