(2) In subsection (2)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “section 13(3)” substitute “section 13A(2)”;
(b)in paragraph (b)—
(i)omit “relevant”;
(ii)for “section 13(3)(a) or (c)” substitute “section 13A(3)”;
(c)omit subsection (3);
(d)in subsection (6), for “level 4” substitute “level 5”.
