46. Paragraph 159 of Schedule 16 has effect as if it read—
“159. In the County Courts Act 1984(1), in section 60 (rights of audience), in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority” for “Metropolitan Police Authority” substitute “Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime”.”.
1984 c. 28. Relevant amendments were made by Schedule 4 to the Police and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1994 (c. 29), Schedule 7 to the 1996 Act and Schedule 27 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999.
