9. Section 89 of the 1999 Act has effect as if —
(a)in subsection (4)(1), in the definition of P2, paragraph (f) and the word “and” preceding it were omitted; and
(b)in subsection (6)(2), paragraph (e) and the word “and” preceding it were omitted.
Section 89(4) was amended in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2010 by S.I. 2010/219.
Section 89(6) was amended in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2010 by S.I. 2010/219.
