3.—(1) Rule 5A.10 (particular descriptions of property to be excluded for the purpose of determining the value of a person’s property) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (h) omit “or”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (i) add—
“and
(j)any right of the debtor under an approved pension arrangement (as defined by section 11 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999(1)).”.
