3. In subsection (1)(b)—
(a)the word “and” after subparagraph (i) is omitted; and
(b)after subparagraph (i) there is inserted—
“(ia)in relation to the metropolitan county of Greater Manchester, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority; and”.
