14.  In regulation 76—

(a) in paragraph (1), delete the table and insert—

(i) for “2012” substitute “2013”;

(c) in paragraph (3), for “Eurostat” substitute “the World Bank’s Development Indicators”;

(d) delete paragraph (4);

(e) in paragraph (5), delete “or (4)”.
