Applications from NHS chemists in respect of providing directed services

23. Section 129(2A) and (2B) of the 2006 Act(1) (regulations as to pharmaceutical services) do not apply to an application by a person already included in a pharmaceutical list for inclusion in that list also in respect of services that are directed services that are not already listed in relation to that person.
