Amendment of the Energy Information Regulations 2011

3.—(1) The Energy Information Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the table at Schedule 1 (EU measures) for the entry relating to air-conditioners substitute—
| “Air conditioners | Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of air conditioners(2) | 1st January 2013”. |
(3) In the table at Schedule 1 (EU measures) for the entry relating to tumble driers substitute—
| “Household tumble driers | Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers(3) | 29th September 2013”. |
