Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 2004

2.—(1) Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 2004 (restricted information held by the Regulator: certain permitted disclosures to facilitate exercise of functions) is amended in accordance with this article.

(2) In the second column of the entry(1) relating to any body carrying on activities concerned with any of the matters set out in section 16(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004(2) etc

(a)in paragraph (e), for the words from “Institute of Actuaries” to the end substitute “Institute and Faculty of Actuaries(3) (“Institute and Faculty”), or persons who are not such members but are subject to the rules of that body in performing actuarial functions (“members”),”, and

(b)in paragraph (h), for “Institute or Faculty” in each place it occurs substitute “Institute and Faculty”.
