1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2012.
(2) Paragraph 2 of the Schedule extends to England and Wales only.
(3) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2012.
