Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2012

2.  The following provisions of EA 2011 come into force on 1st April 2012:

• sections 2 and 3;

• sections 7 to 10;

• section 11 and Schedule 2;

• section 12 and Schedule 3;

• sections 14 and 15;

• section 16 and Schedule 5;

• section 17 and Schedule 6;

• section 21 and Schedule 7;

• section 25;

• section 26 and Schedule 8 to the extent that they are not already in force;

• section 27 and Schedule 9;

• section 49 and Schedule 12;

• section 53 to the extent that it is not already in force;

• section 54 and Schedule 13 except for paragraph 17(2);

• section 57;

• section 66;

• section 67 and Schedule 16;

• section 68 and Schedule 17;

• sections 71 and 72;

• section 73(3), and section 73(1) to the extent that it relates to section 73(3).
