SCHEDULE 1Repeals and revocations coming into force on 25th June 2013
1. The Agricultural Wages Act 1948, sections 1, 2(4), 3, 6(8), 7(1) and 16, Schedule 1, paragraphs 1 to 7 and Schedule 4.
2. The Public Records Act 1958(1).
3. The Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(2).
4. The Agriculture Act 1967(3).
5. The Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975(4).
6. The House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(5).
7. The Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975(6).
8. The Social Security Pensions Act 1975(7).
9. The Employment Protection Act 1975, section 97(1), Schedule 9, Part 1 and paragraph 6 of Part 2, and Schedule 17, paragraph 12(8).
10. The Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976(9).
11. The Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992(10).
12. The National Minimum Wage Act 1998(11), Schedule 2, paragraph 2.
