32.—(1) Section 22 of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 (application of the PACE Orders) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph (a) of subsection (2).
(3) Omit paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (5).
(4) After subsection (6) insert—
“(6A) Subsection (6) has effect only in relation to Northern Ireland.”.
(5) Omit paragraph (a) of subsection (7).
