Provisions coming into force on 29th July 2013
2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 29th July 2013—
(a)section 50 for the purposes of sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph; and
(b)paragraphs 16 to 29 of Schedule 20.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into force in England and Wales of the following provisions of the Act is 29th July 2013—
(a)section 50 for the purposes of sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph; and
(b)paragraphs 10 to 15 of Schedule 20.
