17. In the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1), omit—
(a)paragraph 5(4A) of Schedule 6 (planning inquiry commissions); and
(b)paragraph 8(4A) of Schedule 7 (joint planning inquiry commissions).
1997 c.8. Paragraph 5(4A) of Schedule 6 and paragraph 8(4A) of Schedule 7 were inserted by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, Schedule 8, paragraphs 49 to 51.
