110.—(1) Schedule 1 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) Omit the definition of “an employed constable of NPIA”.
(3) In the definition of “maternity leave”—
(a)for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;
(b)for “SOCA” (at the second place) substitute “the NCA”;
(c)omit the words from “and in relation to an employed” to the end.
(4) At the appropriate place insert—
““NCA” means the National Crime Agency;”.
(5) Omit the definition of “NPIA”.
(6) In the definition of “maternity leave”—
(a)for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;
(b)for “SOCA” (at the second place) substitute “the NCA”;
(c)omit the words from “and in relation to an employed” to the end.
(7) In the definition of “part-time service”—
(a)for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;
(b)omit “or as an employed constable of NPIA”.
(8) In the definition of “regular police officer”—
(a)in sub-paragraph (e), for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (f).
(9) In the definition of “sick leave”—
(a)for “specified employee of SOCA” substitute “specified NCA officer”;
(b)for “SOCA” (at the second place) substitute “the NCA”;
(c)omit the words from “and in relation to an employed” to the end.
(10) Omit the definition of “SOCA”.
(11) For the definition of “specified employee of SOCA” substitute—
““specified NCA officer” means an NCA officer whose service as such is eligible service within the meaning of section 11(9) to (13) of the Police Pensions Act 1976;”.
