10. In paragraph 3 of Schedule 1—
(a)in sub-paragraph (c), after “Certificate of Posting”, insert “free of charge”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (c), after the semi-colon, insert “and”;
(c)in sub-paragraph (d), for “; and” substitute a full-stop; and
(d)omit sub-paragraph (e).
