204. In paragraph 5(1)(e) of the Schedule to the Egypt (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011(1) (general power to disclose information), for “the Financial Services Authority” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority”.

Explanatory Memorandum

They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
