Amendment of the Education Act 1996

3. In section 403(2) of the Education Act 1996(1) (sex education: manner of provision), for “section 28(6) of the National Health Service Act 2006” substitute “the National Health Service Act 2006 (see section 275(1) of that Act)”.

Section 403(2) is amended by the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31), Schedule 30, paragraph 102, the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21), section 148(1) and (5), and the National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 43), Schedule 1, paragraphs 181 and 183.
