Liability for unlawful conduct of member of Ministry of Defence Police

7. Section 24 of the 2012 Act applies in relation to a member of the Ministry of Defence Police providing assistance to the Police Service of Scotland in pursuance of section 2A of the 1987 Act(1) as it applies to a constable engaged on service with the Police Service of Scotland.

Section 2A was inserted by the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (c.24), section 99. There are amendments to section 2A not relevant to this Order.
