2. The date appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008, so far as they are not already in force, is 8th April 2013—
(a)section 148(1), so far as it relates to the provisions specified in paragraph (c);
(b)paragraph 3 of Schedule 9 to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (young offenders: youth conditional cautions);
(c)in Schedule 26—
(i)paragraph 59, so far as it relates to paragraphs 60 and 62; and
(ii)paragraph 60 (amendments regarding financial penalties) and paragraph 62 (provision in codes of practice in relation to financial penalties); and
(d)the repeals in Part 4 of Schedule 28 (repeals and revocations) relating to section 23A(7) to (9) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003(1).
