8.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Elected Authorities (Northern Ireland) Act 1989(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the entry beginning “Sections 9”, after “9,” insert “9B, 9C,”;
(3) In the entry beginning “Section 53”—
(a)before “3” insert “2B,”;
(b)after “3A,” insert “3B,”.
(4) In the entry beginning “Section 201”, after “the definitions of” insert ““anonymous entry”,”.
1989 c. 3; Part 1 of Schedule 1 was amended by section 8 of, and paragraphs 1 and 3 of Schedule 3 to, the Representation of the People Act 2000 (c. 2); section 7 of the Electoral Fraud (Northern Ireland) Act 2002; section 30 of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to, the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 33).
