17.—(1) Regulation 3.J.14 (employing authority and certain member record keeping and contribution estimates) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (11)(1), before “the Secretary of State” insert “the host Board and”.
(3) In paragraph (13), for “The Secretary of State” substitute “The host Board and the Secretary of State”.
Paragraph (11) was amended by regulation 48 of S.I. 2014/570.
