The Local Audit (Auditor Panel) Regulations 2014

Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Audit (Auditor Panel) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Act” means the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014;

“the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972(1);

“the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989(2).

(3) These Regulations apply to relevant authorities other than health service bodies(3).
