24. For sub-paragraph (b)(1) of paragraph (6) of regulation 2.C.1 (contributions by members), substitute—
“(b)by deduction from any benefit payable to, or in respect of, the member where the Secretary of State has notified the member of an intention to do so.”.
Paragraph (6) was substituted by S.I. 2013/413 (regulations 22 and 31).
