3.  In Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(1) (offices disqualifying for membership)—

(a)in Part 2 (bodies of which all members are disqualified)(2) omit the entry relating to the National Consumer Council;

(b)in Part 3 (other disqualifying offices)(3) omit the entry relating to a member of a committee of the National Consumer Council established under section 1 of, or paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to, the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007.
