6.—(1) In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013(1), in the definition of “maternity allowance”, after “section 35” insert “or 35B”.
(2) In regulation 39(2)(d) (linking periods) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013(2), after “section 35” insert “or 35B”.
(3) In regulation 16(1)(e) (certain claimants to be treated as having limited capability for work) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013(3)—
(a)in paragraph (i), omit “section 35(2) of”; and
(b)in paragraph (ii), after “section 35(1)” insert “or 35B(1)”.
