168. In Part 2 of Schedule 2 (specified descriptions of disclosures), in section (A) (United Kingdom)(1)—
(a)in paragraph 25—
(i)for “Office of Fair Trading” substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”, and
(ii)after sub-paragraph (j), insert—
“(k)Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.”, and
(b)omit paragraph 26.
