169. In Part 2 of Schedule 11A (specified descriptions of disclosures)(1)—
(a)in paragraph 39—
(i)for “Office of Fair Trading” substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”, and
(ii)after sub-paragraph (i), insert—
“(j)Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.”, and
(b)omit paragraph 40.
