There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015, Section 15.
15.—(1) Paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit “paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1941);”.
(3) At the end, insert “regulation 7(1) of the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015”.
