96.—(1) The Planning and Compensation Act 1991 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 23 (trees), omit subsection (6)(a).
(3) In paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 (listed buildings, conservation areas and hazardous substances), omit sub-paragraph (a).
