67.—(1) Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3(1) to the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (ineligibility for support) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (e) omit “section 254 of, and Schedule 20 to, the National Health Service Act 2006, or”.
(3) Omit “or” at the end of paragraph (l);
(4) After paragraph (m) insert
“, or
(n)Part 1 of the Care Act 2014 (care and support provided by local authority).”
Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3 was amended by the National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 43), Schedule 1, paragraph 229.
