91. In section 156(2) (interpretation of provisions relating to financial assistance), in the definition of “social care services”—
(a)omit paragraphs (a) and (b);
(b)after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)Part 1 of the Care Act 2014,”;
(c)omit paragraph (d).
